Eating Disorder for a teenage girl

Hi all.  Our daughter, a freshman in high school, who is an exceptional athlete, just received a diagnosis of having an Eating Disorder (ED).  We have a long road ahead of us, but I'm looking for recommendation for nutritionists and therapists who specialize in teenage girls - particularly athletes - so that we can help our daughter get better.  Thank you for your recommendations.

I also have a 14 yo girl with an eating disorder, but I am confused what ED alone means. There are 4 types of diagnosable eating disorders AFAIK, ARFID, anorexia, bulimia, and other. Do you mean she has the Other type? Treatment methods vary among the types. I believe that Family Based Treatment is considered the standard for anorexia and bulimia. It's very difficult. Anyway, whoever gave you the diagnosis should be able tell you which of those types they think she has, and to provide resources for treatment.  Someone recently posted a similar question and one of the other respondents shared a link to a center on the peninsula (sorry I can't find it but you can check the archives, it's not that old). We have Kaiser so I haven't checked it out thoroughly.
