Space to rent for glow-in-the-dark birthday party?

My daughter is very much interested in hosting a glow-in-the dark birthday dance party this year.
Might anyone have suggestions for spaces we could rent in the Oakland / Berkeley area that are reasonably priced?
Any leads would be much appreciated.

One of my kiddos friend's had a birthday party here (https://www.sceneoakland.com/) a few weeks ago. It is very reasonably priced and you might be able to black out the windows and bring in black lights, etc.
