K1 General Handyman Service

We worked with K1 on several different landscaping projects for our home and couldn't be happier! We were referred by another contractor, and we were so grateful for the reference because everything turned out perfectly. Thiago and his team helped us to replace our small lawn, lay down multiple stone pathways, install tile on our patio, grade and plant a garden, add lighting to the walkways and steps, install and repair our irrigation system, and lay down mulch. Thiago is truly a skilled person - he can do just about anything you ask him to do, and with ease. The most remarkable part was how quickly his team did everything. I mentioned some deadlines of when we wanted the work done, and he did everything he could to ensure the deadlines were met. The team worked really hard and paid a lot of attention to detail. The value was also incredible, and I felt we were being charged very reasonable rates for the work that was done. All we needed to do was pick out what we wanted in terms of materials (stones, plants, etc) and he put everything in exactly where we wanted it, and gave a lot of great suggestions and recommendations about layout and design as well. All the materials used were high quality, and the plants came from a reputable nursery and have held up very well since we planted them. We have gotten so many compliments!

To top it off, Thiago is just a generally very friendly and thoughtful person who wants to get the job done exactly how you want it done. He listens carefully and is able to put something together that matches your expectations. We were so lucky to get the reference for K1 and we would easily hire them again.
