Way To Glow Kids Yoga
Community SubscriberWay to Glow Kids Yoga classes involve a playful exploration of yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, cooperative games, and relaxation techniques. Current (outdoor) class schedule:
- Preschool/K yoga: Tuesdays 3:15-4:00 or Fridays 3:30-4:15
- 1st-3rd grade yoga: Wednesdays 3:15-4:15
- 3rd-5th grade yoga&crafting: Tuesdays 4:15-5:45
- Middle School/Teen yoga&crafting: Wednesdays 4:30-6:00
- Family yoga (kids aged 2 to 5): Saturdays 10:00-10:45
- Family yoga (kids aged 6 to 12): Saturdays 11:00-11:45
Through the playful practice of yoga and mindfulness, kids will increase their strength, flexibility, body awareness, and balance. Yoga can also help kids improve concentration, cultivate a calm/peaceful body and mind, inspire respect for themselves and others, and have fun!
My neighbor, Lori, teaches yoga for kids in North Berkeley.
