Where to get twists in Berk/Oak

I'm helping a disabled young Black woman get her hair done and I'm in search of a good professional loctician where I can set up regular visits for her.  She currently has twists that a friend did for her a while back and she really needs a tune-up. She has very, very thick and tightly coiled hair and she isn't really able to do them herself - I am not much help either. She would love a do that makes her look like an Anime character!  I've looked on Yelp but every loctician that I come across has both great and terrible reviews so I'm hoping someone out there can help me out here.  Thank you for your suggestions!
