Wedding Planner for Day-Of or Month-Of
I'm looking for recent recommendations for a wedding planner/consultant (day-of? month-of?) for my daughter's wedding. My daughter is very creative and hands-on and enjoys the process of making/creating/upcycling. Small-ish number of guests (maybe 70), early Spring, indoor and outdoor venue in Berkeley. Looking for an enthusiastic, supportive planner who can help her manage all the last-minute details and help her special day go off beautifully. Thanks!

I had a great experience with Alex Quintana (https://www.quintanaevents.com/) We hired him as a day of planner, but he regularly checked in with us throughout the wedding planning process, which I was very grateful for. He had a great timeline we used to make sure we had everything planned and handed over to the venue on time. While our wedding was pretty straightforward, and the venue we chose was all inclusive, he would talk about other weddings he was managing and some were very intricate.
I worked with Diana Dorsey for my wedding in 2019 - https://booksimplyelegant.com/ for month-of coordination, she was recommended by our venue and knew most of the other vendors we had hired and was really helpful with ensuring everything was coordinated.
I absolutely adored our caterers, Carrie Dove - https://www.facebook.com/carriedovecateringandevents/ alicia [at] carriedovecatering.com (their normal website isn't loading properly on my laptop) - they include basic coordination with their catering and also offer a broader coordination package. They were super accommodating to a lot of my DIY components (storing and setting up centerpieces, using menus and signs we made ourselves etc without charging extra handling fees). Literally 3 years after our wedding people still tell us about how great the food was. Our venue had a few quirks that made a separate coordinator necessary for us but if that weren't the case we probably would have been fine with just Carrie Dove.
