Stuffed toy repair

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone who could repair a stuffed dinosaur with a ripped tail? The toy has great sentimental value so I’d like to find a skilled craftsperson (i.e., definitely not myself) to do the job.

I’m located in Berkeley but willing to travel to find excellent, careful work. Thank you!
