Seeking trusted au pair / live-in nanny referrals (Berkeley)

We've been seriously considering an au pair but the horror stories we've heard (including on BPN here) have given us a real scare.

If you love/recommend an au pair that you have worked with directly in the past or currently (if you're moving on), we would love to meet with them to see if it could be a fit!

We would still work with an agency on employment, visa, etc. but just want to rely on trusted referrals for sourcing and finding the right candidate.

We would be open to live-in nanny recommendations as well. Thank you!

We had au pairs for a long time and can't speak highly enough of the program! We also know of one au pair who rolled off of the program and is now looking for a nanny role - she's amazing! We're happy to connect and chat through our experience / see if this nanny might be worth an intro!
