Seeking Tax Strategist

We’re a dual income family. We have a financial advisor and have had an accountant in the past. Neither has been helpful with helping us adjust our withholding/plan quarterly installments so that we don’t end up owing at the end of the year. I’ve heard that there are accountants that specifically specialize in tax strategy. Our former accountant was clearly just interested in filing our taxes and not advising. We’d love a referral to someone who can help us out with this and any other tips for tax planning.
