Seeking long term, temperature controlled storage unit East Bay

We are moving out of the country and need a small, self storage unit to store items including pieces of artwork for a while, probably about 1 year. The storage unit needs to be indoors, temperature controlled and preferably with onsite security. We are considering Public Storage in Berkeley, but after reading mixed reviews we are reconsidering. Any recommendations out there? And preferably in the East Bay? Thank you.
