Seeking an experienced Book Appraiser in San Francisco area

My elderly uncle was a librarian and collected about 12,000 books over his lifetime. He has all categories of books; history, art, literature and but many children's books. I'm seeking a book appraiser in the San Francisco area that would be able to evaluate the value of the collection. Any suggestions?
