Saxophone teacher?
New to this list, so I hope this is the right place to post my question. I've looked at the music teachers listed here on BPN and there are 3 we are considering: Ernie Mansfield, Alexi Erenkov, and Jon Swann. This is for a high school senior who already plays classical violin and a bit of guitar/electric guitar. Now she's taking up the sax & is in her high school's symphonic band, but as a total beginner on this instrument could use some outside instruction/coaching. Have you had either a good or bad experience with any of these teachers? Or maybe you have another suggestion? Thanks for any advice you can give us.

Alexi was my daughter’s sax teacher for many many years and we loved him so much. He taught her so much and was also a lot of fun. In the years she learned from him she changed from alto to tenor sax (and guitar for a while), was in it for fun and then more serious and he was able to shift and roll with whatever my daughter needed at the time. Highly recommend Alexi!
I don't have any experience with the teachers you mention, but my high school daughter has studied saxophone with Georgianna Krieger for the last year, and has had a great experience! https://www.georgiannakrieger.com/
