Sagging face could benefit from Thermage?
Yes, it's a gift to grow old. But my face is going south at an alarming rate. I've been thinking about Thermage to help tighten my cheeks, jawline, and mouth area. Any recommendations about providers, good experiences/horror stories would be welcome.

From what you describe -- okay, are you sitting down? Take a deep breath.
I think you won't get the results you want without a face lift.
--I know, I know. Your mental image is of Marlene Dietrich, with her 80 year old face pulled impossibly tight, looking like a Halloween mask.
But.
Face lifts have come a long way. Done by the right person, they are minimally invasive, they tighten the muscles underneath the skin, so you don't get that "pulled" look. I'm going anonymous on this one because I've never admitted to anyone that I've had one. And no one can tell!
If you sleep with your head elevated, you look pretty damn good in a week. And there is no pain.
Unfortunately, the doctor I used was in Beverly Hills, where I was living at the time, so my rec won't help you. But a little internet research should find you a good surgeon.
Skin treatments do nothing to tighten up muscles. However, if you still have fine lines anywhere after it's over you can get Restalyne, or an aggressive lazer treatment, which zaps the top layer of your skin and stimulates collagen growth.
Good luck!
