Real Estate Agent for Duplex

Hi,

This might be a long-shot, but I'm looking for recommendations for an agent to sell my duplex in West Oakland. I'm hoping to find someone who is connected to/knowledgeable about selling to investors or people who own small buildings and rentals. Both units in my home have tenants and the property doesn't have much outdoor space, so even though it's a house, it really functions like a small apartment building. We don't think it would be a good family home (though that's how we used it), but might be good for someone looking for income. If you know of an agent who specializes in this kind of space, please share. Thank you!
