Pediatric Occupational therapist for toddler
Anybody have a recommendation for a pediatric ooccupational ttherapist (or another profession?) who is great with working with a 3 year old for aggressive type behaviors (kicking, hitting, biting)?

I'd consider getting an evaluation from an MD--a developmental pediatrician or pediatric psychiatrist--to look at the whole child. You can likely find a good practitioner who works with your insurance and will have a broader view and more tools than an OT to assess, and then can recommend the right practitioner to work with your child. I don't mean to take anything away from OTs and have referred families to OTs many times, but aggressive behavior can have a variety of causes and a developmental peds or pediatric psychiatrist is better able to diagnose.
