Need NYC estate/wills lawyer?

I'm hoping one of our BPN transplants from NYC can help out with this one! My mom is 85, lives in Queens, and needs her estate plan reviewed/revised. She owns her home outright and lives off a modest pension so we aren't talking about major tax loophole type stuff.

The previous lawyer who drew things up for her 20 years ago has retired and the current way things are filed has her regularly arguing with the NYC Dept of Finance about how her house is titled. We would like to find an estate/wills lawyer that has experience with Life Estates and Trusts and most especially someone who is experienced with workings of the NYC Dept of Finance property taxes. We'd like someone to review the original documents and possibly recommend alternatives if that would better suit both her current needs and final wishes. 

For location, she likes to work with people who are in either north east Queens or westernmost Nassau county (as long as they work with NYC clients). Parking and transportation in the more crowded parts of Queens is too challenging for her at this stage. Manhattan or any of the other boroughs are out of the question for her to travel to.
