Need an attorney for child custody Alameda County
Hi All I need a lawyer to fight for my child's custody with high conflict and an abusive spouse.
Some of the big names have refused the case saying they are busy.
Can you please suggest some folks that helped you in recent past and are still fighting cases?
Would be super helpful. This is in Alameda county

It's been a few years, but we had a great experience (relatively- of course this is all a horrible experience) with Cristin Lowe. She was fabulous in court if you're expecting a trail.

I had a friend in a.terrible situation who believed she was very well served by working with Rowena Gargalicana. Don't be put off by the fact that a google search points out that she also works in real estate law. She has a lot if experience with child custody, domestic abuse, etc.
I’m so sorry that you are dealing with this. My lawyer was Yishai Boyarin at Ford Family Law. He’s a parent himself, is compassionate, very honest, pragmatic, and transparent. He knows the judges and how they tend to rule on different issues. Best of all, he will be honest about what he thinks is possible, and not suck you dry, financially.
