Mid-price kids haircut?

For years, we've gotten my daughter's hair cut at places in the $25 range, but she's had enough terrible cuts that I'm ready to pay a little more for something better quality. My hairdresser charges $70 for kids, and I'm not ready to invest that much money yet. Can anyone recommend someone who does a good kid's haircut at a mid-range price? Maybe around $45? I'm looking ideally in Oakland or in southern Berkeley. Thanks!
