Last minute help / advisor for completing college applications?

Hi.  My friend has a high school senior who is working on college applications, which are due soon.  But the parents are now coping with some other unexpected circumstances and would like to pay for help with college applications support.  Does anyone know of an advisor who they may be available to hire on short notice like this?   The school apparently doesn’t have the 1:1 coaching that is needed.  

They are in the Hayward - San Leandro area but can drive if needed.
