Japanese tutor for elementary schoolers?

My kids are 8 and 10 yo and we are looking for a Japanese tutor for them. They are half Japanese and they only know a few phrases and words but very familiar with the culture. Most importantly they will be happy to start actually learning Japanese. We would like them to have fun with some structure to start with and hopefully continue on. Any recommendations referral will be appreciated!
