Garage office conversion recommendations

Hello,

I recently purchased a home with a separate garage, which I'd like to make into a space I could use as an office.  (At minimum, add insulation, drywall, a window, and a heat source. I'm okay if it retains usability as a garage.)

Any recommendations for good contractors for this type of project?

All advice appreciated, thank you!

Mario Santilli mario@mariosantilliconstruction.com is a licensed contractor who is currently at my house fixing up my 1912 garage - new carriage doors, new bigger window.  We aren't finishing the inside - an ADU turned out to be too expensive under Berkeley permit requirements. But he's making it more usable and more presentable.  He's also working on a 2nd-floor balcony leak - he replaced a water-damaged exterior door with a beautiful new one, replaced the balcony flooring, arranged for the floors inside to be re-done, as well as the painting, tune-ups for doors and casement windows, and various other carpentry repairs.  I've been impressed by the quality and efficiency of his sub-contractors, and the carpenters who work for him are top-notch.
