Experience with YOSUP or other teen outpatient drug programs?

We're looking for something that will really get our 15 year old to pay attention to the facts about vaping, illegal sources of weed + other drugs, and maybe help with the underlying issues. (She hates therapy).  Her doctor referred her to the yosup center at UCSF in SF, and as we wait and wait for a return phone call I'm curious if anyone has experience with that program or any others. We live in the east bay, but are not with Kaiser. Tks!
