East Bay Dermatologist / Esthetician Recommendation

Hi! I'm looking for recommendation for a Dermatologist / Esthetician in the East Bay for my husband. He doesn't have any major skin care concerns - more he is looking for help putting together a daily routine to better care for his skin now that he is in his 40s. 

He's a bit skeptical, so looking for someone who seems truly knowledgable and experienced who is good at explaining the why behind things.

Brownie points if they also some kind of papering facial or other services that I can gift him to help get his foot in the door.

We are in Oakland but open to a ~25min drive for the right fit.
