Hi all, we just moved to Berkeley and are looking for a recommended groomer for our Goldendoodle. She's a bit rough around the edges lately (pandemic hair) so looking for someone who is skilled and gentle.

We have an Australian Shepard who is pretty shy and hasn't loved going to the groomer. We have taken her to a variety of places, and she has seemed more relaxed once we started going to Spa Go. http://spagodog.com/services/. We like it there -- they are organized, easy to make an appointment on-line, and importantly, you have an appointment for a set amount of time so your pup doesn't have to spend more time there than necessary. Recommend them!

Our 2.5 year old (who always gets to the point of REALLY needing grooming) labradoodle Walter goes to Dog's by Diane. He is fearful of groomers and after a lot of trial and error we have found Ben at Dogs by Diane to be super patient. He gives Walter breaks and has an outside space for dogs who like to play.
Tails a go go on solano Avenue in Albany! Sooo good. Highly recommended! Great service and prices! I have been using their dog grooming service for a few years now.
