Dentist to finish Invisalign treatment?

Hello! I started my Invisalign when we were in DC- the plan was to complete it before our move, but my trays came late so unfortunately that didn’t end up working out. 
 

I am now done w all the trays, and need to find a dentist to do… whatever it is to finish this process? Take the bumps off my teeth and get me my night retainer (not sure if anything else is required). 
 

Hoping someone has a suggestion for a dentist who could complete this process for me? What was supposed to be four months has now dragged into nine and I’m very ready to be done! TIA!
