Contractor/Handyperson Sought for Small Indoor Grow Room Build

I am wishing to convert a space in my garage/basement for indoor gardening.

The potential garden space (within the garage/basement area) is approximately 8'x13' and a 6'5' height. I currently use a tent in there and so I have had proper electrical brought in already. Air in/out is in place. There is concrete flooring and open studs on one side. Ideally I would like to find someone with a background and/or knowledge of some of the dynamics and issues of building indoor grow spaces...especially in a home.
