Clothes shopping for plus-size 20-something

Looking for suggestions on where to shop for a plus size 25-year-old.   Almost her entire wardrobe is from Old Navy right now, so she has athleisure wear covered.  We are looking for high-quality, age-appropriate clothes ranging from business casual to more formal.  Lane Bryant is a hard no, she says it's "old lady clothes."   Prefer in-person shopping and would be open to working with a personal shopper.
