Au pair service recommendations

Hi. 

We have a spare attic room and am looking for an English speaking au pair. I am Irish and so have a preference for Ireland or the UK. 

Was wondering if anyone used a service they would recommend. Expecting baby number 2 in the summer. Hoping for 6 months maternity leave.

For those of you who have had an au pair can you let me know how much the service and on going support cost?
