Attorney for QDRO

Our divorce mediator suggested we have our QDRO performed by Moon, Schwartz and Madden, but I found an attorney who is on my ARAG legal plan who can do this.  Has any used Michael Cogen of Larkspur to perform their QDRO and if so, would you recommend him?  If not, would still appreciate any recommendations.    Thank you!
