Hello! I am signaling to the underground community of perimenopausal women with that title! I am 48 and interested in engaging in treatment so I can be my healthiest when menopause happens. I am looking for a practitioner who is grounded in the science and can work with me around bhrt or hrt. To be honest, not really a fan of OB/GYN’s and haven’t been since childbirth in 2017. I’m more of a midwife going, well woman care kinda of lady. Not opposed to going to an OB GYN who does have specialty in menopause and not just childbirth. Does this exist in the SF Bay Area? If you love your practitioner who does hrt or bhrt, can you share? Thx.
