Afternoon preschool programs?
Can anyone recommend an afternoon preschool program in Oakland/Berkeley area? In searching the messages, looks like the last time the topic came up was around 2010! can anyone update? can be home-based or preschool.

Albany Preschool! Just off Solano Avenue. So great. it is a co-op, but afternoon parents don't have to work in the classroom.
In Oakland, Inch by Inch in Temescal and MCPC both have afternoon programs (depending on child's age). They are few and far between these days, though. Good luck!
The Lake School has a few slots open in its afternoon program for this fall.
Garden Day Montessori Preschool on Parker Street in Berkeley is the one I will recommend. My daughter is really happy there. The team is so great and the community welcoming.
Griffin Nursery School has an afternoon preschool program for 4-5 year olds from 1-5pm. My son currently attends and loves it!
garden day Montessori in South Berkeley. I don't know if they still have openings, but they are great. They are near parker and Sacramento.
