ADU Architect Recommendation?
Hi parents,
I'm looking for an architect that can help me add an ADU to my home for rental income. That rental income will be for my parents and should help with their retirement so its important for me to work with someone that can help us figure out how to get the most out of the space that we have. Any leads would be great. We live in San Leandro.

I recommend reaching out to Kyle Usselton at kyle [at] kwustudio.com. Kyle is a close friend (we went to college together) and is the architect for the ADU we're in the process of building in our backyard of El Cerrito. Kyle is extremely responsive, and takes great pride in his work - our ADU will be beautiful once completed!
