Fertile Ground Parenting

I'm Caroline Griswold, a respectful-parenting coach and mom to a preteen son. I am passionate about helping parents find more ease and joy in their parenting through effective tools, good support, and lots of humor. I am a certified Hand in Hand Parenting instructor and am also trained in Magda Gerber's Educaring® Approach, or RIE®. I love these effective, connection-based approaches to raising kind, resilient, and cooperative kids, and I use the tools they offer daily in my own family. 

I work one-on-one with parents and facilitate groups and workshops on topics such as respectful discipline, toddlers, tantrums and other behavior challenges, the inner work of parenting, and more. I also offer the Hand in Hand Parenting 6-week Foundations Course for Parents and Caregivers.
