The Practice Space: Berman Speech & Debate Tournament

Want to support your community and play a key role in one of our organization’s biggest events? Apply to be a volunteer or judge at the Berman Speech & Debate Tournament at El Cerrito High!! The event honors the legacy of our founder’s late coaches, Sanford and Catherine Berman.

Both English and Spanish speaking judges needed!! No prior experience required.

• Location: El Cerrito High School (540 Ashbury Ave, El Cerrito, CA 94530)
• Date: Saturday, March 22nd 
• Time: 8am to 4:30pm
  • Morning or afternoon shifts available; all-day preferred
• Volunteers and Judges: Ages 16+ (including experienced high schoolers)
