Join us Sunday, December 8th for our final One Day Childbirth Immersive of 2024! Our class covers everything you need to know for a confident, magical birth-- and it's done before the holidays. Get ready to practice and learn with your partner with hands-on exercises, small class sizes, and expert instruction. This class goes deeper than hostpital classes, understanding that birth is more than just a physical process.

• Stages of labor 
• Comfort measures & breathing techniques
• Positions for labor & birth 
• Birth choices & informed decision-making, including advocating in a medical setting
