Way To Glow Kids Yoga: winter yoga classes for kids and families
Come join us for a playful kids yoga class this winter! Yoga can be a great tool to help your kids reduce stress, strengthen and stretch their bodies, connect with peers, and incorporate mindfulness into their daily routines. Classes will begin in mid-January:
- Preschool/K (age 3 to 6) yoga: Mondays 3:30-4:15
- K-2nd grade yoga: Mondays 4:30-5:30 or Tuesdays 3:40-4:40
- 3rd-5th grade yoga & crafting: Wednesdays 4:30-6:00
- 6th-8th grade yoga & crafting: Tuesdays 4:45-6:15
- Family yoga: Sundays (kids aged 2-5) 10:00-10:45 (Kids 6-12) 11:00-11:45
At Way to Glow Kids Yoga, we playfully explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, mindfulness, cooperative games, and relaxation techniques. Kids after-school yoga classes take place in Berkeley and are generally run in 8 week sessions; family yoga classes take place in Kensington and are run on a drop-in basis.
