Math tutor: private and small groups

With a PhD in Mathematics from MIT and a BS in Mathematics with a Physics minor from UW, I have taught elementary aged students advanced problem solving skills, and I’ve tutored middle school, high school, and college students of all levels. I’ve taught calculus to middle schoolers and retired professors. I love helping students develop confidence in their mathematical thinking, problem-solving capacity, and their ability to catch errors in their own work.

Location: Public libraries or cafes. I have a car and am willing to drive within Berkeley and adjacent cities.

Rate: $100/hr, but flexible circumstance and barter.
