Welcome to the new school year! How is your child doing so far? Did s/he master the skills needed for the coming year?

Private tutoring provides your student/s with an accelerated path to learning. Whether it's catching up, strengthening academic foundations for a deeper understanding, or improving homework & study skills, my goal is to set them up for success. Confidence is key! 

I am a credentialed teacher (K-6) & experienced academic tutor (10+ years) who loves working w/students K-5 for Mathematics (Common Core) & K-Adult for Language Arts. As a parent, myself, I understand the importance of inspiring in our children a lifelong love of learning. Did you know that Common Core Math can be fun? It's true! And even though reading & writing can be challenging, today they are our primary mode of communication in this increasingly online world. And yes, reading & writing can be fun, too!
