$45 Tutoring w/Experienced Berkeley Undergrad Student
Hello! I'm a rising sophomore at UC Berkeley majoring in mechanical engineering and music.
I graduated high school with an unweighted 4.0 GPA in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (physics, mathematics [including calculus 1], chemistry, English language/literature, global politics, Arabic). I am a published non-fiction author.
I mentored several debate teams from my school who competed internationally, taught students in grades 6-12 as the president and founder of my school's Space Society, and was the head of an MUN club where I ran interactive lectures/workshops for students of all experience levels. I am known by my peers as a dedicated, approachable, and compassionate leader committed to uplifting others.
I got a 1570 on the SAT (800 in math) and was accepted to UC Berkeley, USC, Purdue, UMichigan, UCSD, and Rice with various merit-based scholarships, and have been awarded nationally in my home country for academic excellence.
I am fluent in English and Farsi, and moderately proficient in Arabic and Spanish.
I am keen on tutoring your child to support their academic career path in any of the subjects I've listed above at a flexible competitive rate of just $45/hr. I accept payments through PayPal, although other means can be arranged if more convenient for you. I am happy to tutor in-person in most areas in Berkeley, SF, and Marin County, as well as virtually.
