From: Karin (9/98)The Graco Pack-n-Play is one of the best portable play pens, and is very easy to set up. K-Mart in Emeryville has them 15% off through Labor Day.
Walkers
From: Myriam (7/99)Walkers are a ton of fun for babies but several friends of mine (very careful parents, too) have had their babies injured while in walkers. The American Academy of Pediatrics has a very strongly worded statement about the use of them: you can view it here:
you may want to take a look at it before purchasing a walker for your baby. We found our kids loved the exersaucer and it was very safe.
