Tales Daycare

We recently started our 6 month old at Tales Daycare (after much searching and diligence) and have been super impressed! Corina and Maynor are so friendly and welcoming, we have the highest confidence our little one is in the best hands and will gain a lot from his time there. The space is very well set up and organized and everything has been incredibly smooth. Great location with easy drop-off/pick-up and Brightwheel app tracking that keeps you up to date on what's going on. I think they have one spot left but probably not for long. 

I am so excited to see that Corina is opening her own daycare!  Corina was our son's nanny from the time he was 6 months old until he was almost 3 years old.  As a new mom at the time of our nanny-search, I couldn't see any way that a nanny could successfully manage two infants at once, and Corina did it with ease!  Her calm, loving, warm, playful and caring demeanor was exactly what we needed.  She gave us the perfect balance of adhering to a baby's schedule while remaining flexible.  Corina was always singing, dancing, laughing, and actively playing with the two kids in our nanny share.  Our son thrived in her care, and as a parent, I never had any hesitation over leaving my baby in her care.  I walked away each and every day knowing that the would care for my son as if he were her own.  Now that we are expecting our 2nd baby, I just wish Corina's daycare was closer to our home, so that baby #2 could have Corina as their caretaker!

I cannot express how wonderful of a caretaker Corina is. She watched our son from when he was an infant to a toddler (until he started preschool) and he absolutely loved spending time with her. She was kind, organized, and always planned fun activities for the kids, like arts and crafts, music, sensory play, going on walks, and adapted activities based on what the kids were interested in. On top of being incredibly adept at managing kids at different ages, she also was incredibly warm and sweet with the kids and truly cared about them. I always felt at ease whenever he was with her and we miss working with her. She is truly an incredible caretaker and anyone who has their kids cared by her is lucky to work with her. 

I am so happy to see that Corina is opening up a daycare. She took care of my daughter for almost three years before she started preschool. 
Corina is kind and patient and gentle and understands children’s needs.  She follows their lead during play and can comfort them when they are upset.  She is a wonderful childcare provider. 
 
My daughter also speaks Spanish after early exposure to Spanish language with Corina. 

My daughter loves her and continues to ask about her many years later. 

 

I can’t say enough about Corina and her love for children. Corina was our nanny when our daughter Cleo was an infant, starting at about 3 months old, and continued until Cleo went to nursery school at age 3. Corina is fantastic with kids. She is caring and compassionate. She is the nanny who would always be up and playing with Cleo and the other children in our nanny share. She would sing and dance with them. She is attentive and organized. I absolutely felt that Cleo was always safe with Corina. I highly recommend Corina and her new daycare.
