They truly listened to what I was looking for, what was important to me, and what my fears were. They were dedicated and diligent in searching for the right fit for me, and unlike other agencies, they didn't send me a bunch of candidates for me to vet myself. They sent me only nannies that were checked all the boxes I was looking for (and so much more) and the quality of the candidates were top notch.
