Hawley Educational Consulting & Advocacy

Dr. Hawley has worked in Education, Special Education, and Family Support Services for 25 years within the Bay Area.  She provides direct consultation and advocacy services for parents. Her direct practice has primarily focused on equitable and individualized access to education and services for students between the ages of 2-21. 

 She holds a  Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a Focus on Child Development and Special Education and a Special Education Law Certificate. With  25 years of service to Bay Area Families and as a single parent of a child with learning disabilities, she brings the personal and professional into her work.
