I go to Dr. Daniel Lewis. He's on Park St. pretty close to the 580. I love all the hygenists that I've seen there! I don't know if his office accepts the insurance you mentioned, however kimberly

I go to Daniel Lewis, DDS on Park Blvd. in Oakland, just below the Glenview commercial district. He is friendly, calm and kind and explains everything to my satisfaction. I enjoy him the most of all the dentists I've been to. His staff is nice and they have a pleasant, comfortable office.
