East Bay Chinese School

East Bay Chinese School offers online Mandarin classes for youth. Founded in 1981, East Bay Chinese School is a community-based parent-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the East Bay community and beyond.

• 2 periods of online class on Saturdays, and 1 online period on a weeknight, during the school year.
• EBCS teaches Chinese with pinyin. Students can learn either Traditional or Simplified Chinese in our classes. 

We've partnered with the Piedmont Language School for the 2022-2023 school year in offering after-school in-person Mandarin classes on Tuesdays/Thursdays. Classes to be held at the Piedmont Community Church.
