Open Choice Studio is an innovative art program that offers students the opportunity to visually respond to their own ideas and interests. Children decide what they want to create, develop their ideas, work at their own pace, explore a large variety of materials, problem solve, give feedback and reflect on their learning.
The value of this type of artmaking goes far beyond developing techniques in painting or sculpture. With guidance and encouragement, your child will gain:

Veteran art teacher Susan Stein guides the community of student artists, determines their needs, creates structure, and promotes authentic engagement.
My 5-year-old had a great time at the Summer Creativity Camp with Susan. He didn't know anyone in the class and was the youngest one so I was worried he would have a difficult time but he had lots of fun and looked forward to going. He came home with many unique things he made. I recommend it for any child that likes art and/or making stuff !
