When to start looking for nanny share?

Hello! 

I am wondering when is best to start looking for a nanny share? I will be needing infant childcare (3.5/4 month old) in Mid May, likely for 3 days a week. 
From what I’ve seen on this website it seems like people start looking a couple months before…
