Sibling transfer from OUSD to PUSD

My daughter was recently accepted into PUSD as an inter-district transfer from OUSD. It looks like her younger sister will be granted the drop from OUSD in the future because of her sibling at PUSD. However, does anyone know if PUSD will prioritize accepting her younger sister and if so, will they prioritize putting her at the same elementary school within PUSD as her sister?
