Seeking Summer Camp Advice

I would like some advice on finding summer evening/weekend care and camps for my 8 year old this coming summer in Berkeley or San Francisco.   I occasionally need someone to babysit her on the weekend or evenings while I work. For camps, she loves theater and role playing.  Although we are open to other types of camp as well(like athletic and outdoor), ideally a couple of different kinds of camp from mid july to mid August. We are looking for programs that balance fun and acquiring skills. 

In addition, I am looking for temporary housing for my family that would provide a community with other children for my daughter to connect with. She does not normally live in Berkeley but are very good at connecting with others.
