Personal Trainer to help a family devise an at-home training plan
We are a mid-50s 2-mom family with teenage boys. During the pandemic, we set up an in-home gym, and for a while, we were quite diligent, but now, for the moms, our routines are stale, and our motivation is in the basement. Our teens are interested and spend time working out, but I'm sure they would love input on upping their game. We have a pretty good setup with cardio and weight options, and we're open to adding more - but we need direction, inspiration, and a kick in the pants. We'd like someone to visit us maybe every other week to check progress and modify plans
